School-wide access is managed through a streamlined upgrade code system:
  • Schools receive a batch of unique, pre-generated upgrade codes
  • Each code corresponds to the selected licence type (Single Subject or All-Subjects)
  • Codes can be distributed via email, printed handouts, or uploaded to a learning portal
  • Students and staff redeem their code during sign-up or through their account settings
