Eligibility and Age
You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. Exam Insights is primarily used by schools that provision access to students and staff under the school’s own authority and duty of care. Where a school creates or manages student accounts, students aged 13–17 may use the Services through that school arrangement without individual in-app parental consent being captured by Exam Insights. If you register for the Services directly and you are under 18 years of age, you should only do so with the involvement of a parent or guardian, as described in our Privacy Policy. We recommend that users under 18 review these Legal Terms and the Privacy Policy with a parent or guardian before providing personal information. By using the Services, you represent that you meet the minimum age requirement or that you are accessing the Services through a school or other authorised arrangement that permits your use.Our Intellectual Property
We assert ownership of specific intellectual property rights in our Services, encompassing source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and graphics, along with the associated service marks and logos. Users are hereby notified that any reproduction, distribution, or modification of these proprietary elements without our explicit permission is strictly prohibited. Permission to reproduce or use any aspects of our intellectual property must be obtained through formal written consent. Unauthorised reproduction or use of our intellectual property may result in legal action. You are required to register to use the Services. You agree to be responsible for all use of your account. We reserve the right to remove, reclaim, or change a user-generated data if we determine, in our sole discretion, that such data is inappropriate, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. Where the service permits, users may register using a display name or pseudonym. Registration information that you do provide must be maintained accurately and updated as necessary for account and support purposes. Prohibited Activities
You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make the Services available. The Services may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavours except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by us. As a user of the Services, you agree not to:- Systematically retrieve data or other content from the Services to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Services, including features that prevent or restrict the use or copying of any Content or enforce limitations on the use of the Services and/or the Content contained therein.
- Disparage, tarnish, or otherwise harm, in our opinion, us and/or the Services.
- Make improper use of our support services.
- Share personal information (e.g. names, emails, or student details) when using AI features.
- Use the Services in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations.
- Delete the copyright or other proprietary rights notice from any Content.
- Attempt to impersonate another user or person or use the username of another user.
- Interfere with, disrupt, or create an undue burden on the Services or the networks or services connected to the Services.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Services designed to prevent or restrict access to the Services, or any portion of the Services.
- Copy or adapt the Services’ software.
- Use the Services as part of any effort to compete with us or otherwise use the Services and/or the Content for any revenue-generating endeavour or commercial enterprise.
- Sell, share or otherwise transfer your profile.
