How managed setup works

Prepare your spreadsheet
Create a spreadsheet listing student and/or educator email addresses. Include each person’s name and role (student or educator) if available.

Send it to us
Email your spreadsheet to schools@exam-insights.com.

We import and grant licences
Our team imports all users and grants licences on your behalf. We confirm once the import is complete.

Tell your users
Exam Insights does not send emails when licences are granted. Your school decides when and how to inform students and educators that they have access.
What you need to prepare
A simple spreadsheet is enough. Include:- Email address (required)
- Role — student or educator (required)
- First name and last name (optional, but helpful)
- Year level (optional)
After setup is complete
Once we confirm the import:- Students and educators can sign in at exam-insights.com with their school email
- New users create an account; existing users sign in as usual
- Each user chooses their own subjects
- They can start using Exam Insights immediately
Requesting changes later
Because your school does not use Manage School, email schools@exam-insights.com when you need to:- Add new students or educators
- Remove or reassign licences
- Change who has access
- Ask about licence usage
