Schools can choose from two licence options:
  • Single Subject Licence - Full access to one selected subject throughout the academic year.
  • All Subjects Licence - Full access to all available subjects throughout the academic year.
Educators are included at no extra cost with student licences.

  • 1 licence = 1 student (per academic year)
  • Minimum purchase: 10 licences
  • Bulk discounts apply automatically as you add more seats
  • Educator access is included at no extra cost with student licences. Contact the School Partnerships team to confirm the right arrangement for your school.
  • Note: Educator licences can also be purchased separately

During purchase, your school chooses one of two setup models:

Exam Insights-Managed Setup

Send us a spreadsheet. We import users, grant licences, and handle later changes by email.

Self-Managed with Manage School

Use the Manage School portal to add users, grant licences, and monitor licence status yourself.
Both models share the same user experience — existing accounts are recognised, users choose their own subjects, and your school decides when to communicate access. For a full overview of both options, see Setting Up Your School.
