At Exam Insights, we believe in providing flexible and transparent pricing that works for students, educators, and schools. Our plans are designed to give you access to our powerful features without hidden fees or long-term commitments.
Our Plans
We offer three pricing options to fit different needs: • Free Plan - Get access to 3,000+ QCAA past exam questions, video solutions, and essential resources at no cost. • Plus Plan - Unlock advanced question filtering, insights into past exam trends, and keyword search tools. • Pro Plan - Get full access to all features, including our AI Assistants for tutoring and feedback, plus advanced performance tracking to pinpoint your strengths and areas for improvement. No Subscriptions, No Auto-Renewals
We operate on a one-time annual payment model, meaning you won’t be automatically charged when your plan expires. At the end of your plan, you can decide whether to renew and select the plan that suits you best.Upgrading & Downgrading Plans

Exam Insights offers flexible licencing options that enable schools to provide students and educators with structured, syllabus-aligned exam preparation tools. Licences can be purchased in bulk for a full academic year - with no subscriptions, ongoing fees, or auto-renewals.Licence Options and Distribution
Schools receive a batch of unique upgrade codes to distribute across students and staff. Each code grants access for the entire academic year and corresponds to one of two licence types:- Single Subject Licence – Access to one selected subject
- All-Subjects Licence – Full access across all available subjects

Distribute Upgrade Codes
Once your licence is confirmed, your school will receive a list of upgrade codes for students and educators, available in both printable and spreadsheet formats for streamlined distribution.You’ll also gain access to a dedicated onboarding page, tailored to your school. This includes:
- A short ‘What is Exam Insights?’ introduction video
- A step-by-step Quick-Start Guide
- Guides for account setup and code redemption
- Feature overviews for Questions, Insights, Performance, and more
All resources are designed to be shareable, time-efficient, and available in both video and written formats for flexible use.

Complete Payment
An invoice will be issued once codes are released. Payment can be made via:
- Bank Transfer (EFT/Direct Deposit)
- School Credit/Debit Card
Data Protection & Privacy
Exam Insights is committed to maintaining the highest standards of student data protection. We ensure:- No student data is sold or shared without consent.
- All data is encrypted and securely hosted on Australian servers.
- Student records are automatically removed after graduation.
- Only authorised personnel can access sensitive data.
