For schools, our annual licences make adoption easier and outcomes stronger. With a School Licence, every student is onboarded seamlessly, educators save time, and leaders can be confident no one is left behind. This guide outlines the process in two clear sections:

- All Subjects Licence - Full access to all available subjects throughout the academic year.
Educators are included at no extra cost with student licences.

Onboarding Your School
Often, many students and educators already have free Exam Insights accounts. To avoid confusion, when purchasing school licences we don’t create accounts on their behalf - we simply upgrade them.- Existing users keep their current accounts and are upgraded automatically.
- New users sign up as usual and are upgraded as soon as they use their school email.
Schools can choose from two onboarding methods (use one or both).

Option 1 (Recommended): Provide a List of Email Addresses
- Your school sends us a list of student and/or educator emails.
- We record those email addresses in our system as licensed accounts.
- Students and educators go to exam-insights.com and sign up (or log in if they already have an account) with their school email.
- Their upgraded access is available immediately.
Fastest and simplest method, recommended for most schools.

Option 2: Distribute Upgrade Codes
- We generate unique 6-digit codes for your school (1 code = 1 licence).
- Each student/educator receives their own individual code (codes are supplied in a spreadsheet or PDF for you to distribute).
- Students and educators sign up (or log in if they already have an account) at exam-insights.com.
- After logging in, they enter their code to unlock upgraded access.
