When are Refunds Available?

Eligibility for Refunds:

  • Major Service Disruptions – If a significant issue prevents access or functionality for more than 28 days after being reported.

  • Incorrect Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan and notify us within a reasonable timeframe before use.

  • Exceptional Circumstances – In rare cases, such as duplicate purchases, refunds may be considered at our discretion.

Refunds Are Not Available For:

  • Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds if you decide the platform is not for you.

  • Terms of Use Violations – If an account is terminated due to a policy violation, no refunds will be issued.

  • Partially Used Plans – Refunds are not provided for plans that have been used or partially accessed.
