When are Refunds Available?
Eligibility for Refunds:

Major Service Disruptions – If a significant issue prevents access or functionality for more than 28 days after being reported.

Incorrect Purchase – If you accidentally purchased the wrong plan and notify us within a reasonable timeframe before use.

Exceptional Circumstances – In rare cases, such as duplicate purchases, refunds may be considered at our discretion.
Refunds Are Not Available For:

Change of Mind – We do not offer refunds if you decide the platform is not for you.

Terms of Use Violations – If an account is terminated due to a policy violation, no refunds will be issued.

Partially Used Plans – Refunds are not provided for plans that have been used or partially accessed.
How to Request a Refund

All refund requests must be sent from the email associated with your Exam Insights account.
Include Your Receipt Number
Please reference your receipt number from your purchase confirmation email.
Provide Details
Briefly explain your reason for requesting a refund, including any relevant screenshots or error messages if applicable.
