Our plans are one-time annual payments and do not auto-renew.
Once purchased, your plan remains active for 12 months for individuals, and until the end of the current calendar year for schools.
What Happens When My Plan Ends?
- For Individual Plans: When your account expires after 12 months, it will be switched to the free plan (where available).
- For School Licences: When the licence expires at the end of the current calendar year, the accounts will also switch to the free plan (where available).
- Once this happens, you can purchase a new plan/licence.
Upgrading Your Plan

You can upgrade anytime through the Pricing page or your Account Settings.

The difference in price between your current plan and the new plan will apply.

Your upgraded plan will immediately unlock new features.
Downgrading Your Plan

Downgrades are not available once a plan has been purchased.

If you wish to purchase a different plan next year, you can choose a new plan once your existing plan expires.
Can I Cancel My Plan?
- For Individual Plans: There is no cancellation required-your plan will automatically expire after 12 months.
- For School Licences: Schools can contact [email protected] for assistance if required.
