Use the right email address

If your school provides access, sign in with the email address your school used when adding you. Using a different email can create a separate account that is not linked to the school licence. Existing Exam Insights accounts are recognised when the school uses the same email address. You keep your existing account and sign in with your usual credentials.

Choose a sign-in method

You can sign in with:
  • Microsoft, especially if your school uses Microsoft 365
  • Google, if your school uses Google Workspace
  • Email and password
Use the same method and email address you used when creating the account where possible.

Your licence is not showing

  1. Confirm that you are using the email address provided to your school.
  2. Sign out and sign back in.
  3. Ask your educator or school administrator to confirm that a licence was assigned.
  4. If the problem continues, contact support with your account email and school name.

You cannot remember your password

Use the password-reset option on the sign-in page. The reset link is sent to the email address associated with your account and is time-limited. If you no longer have access to that email address, contact support.
