If you’re having trouble accessing your account, follow the steps below to reset your password, sign in, or create a new account.
Resetting Your Password
If you sign in with Google, you won’t be able to reset your password through our platform. Instead, reset it through your Google account settings.
Visit our Reset Password Page
If you’ve forgotten your password, visit the Reset Password page to start the process.
Enter your Details
Enter your registered email address. We’ll send you a password reset link.
Didn’t Receive the Email?
If you don’t receive the reset email within a few minutes, check your spam folder. If you still don’t see it, try again or contact our support team for assistance.
Logging into Your Account
To sign in to an already existing account, go to our Sign In page.
If you receive an error or are unable to sign in, ensure you’re using the correct email associated with your account. If you’re still having trouble, try resetting your password.
