How is access managed for schools?

School-wide access is managed through a streamlined upgrade code system:

  • Schools receive a batch of unique, pre-generated upgrade codes
  • Each code corresponds to the selected licence type (Single Subject or All-Subjects)
  • Codes can be distributed via email, printed handouts, or uploaded to a learning portal
  • Students and staff redeem their code during sign-up or through their account settings

Can additional licences be added later?

Yes. Schools may request additional licences at any time during the academic year. Please contact our sales team to discuss adjustments.

How long is a school licence valid?

School licences are valid for one full academic year, with no automatic renewal. Access remains active from the date of activation through the end of the school calendar year.
