Our plans are one-time annual payments and do not auto-renew. Once purchased, your plan remains active for 12 months for individuals, and until the end of the current calendar year for schools. *** ### What Happens When My Plan Ends? * **For Individual Plans:** When your account expires after 12 months, it will be switched to the free plan (where available). * **For** **School Licences:** When the licence expires at the end of the current calendar year, the accounts will also switch to the free plan (where available). * Once this happens, you can purchase a new plan/licence. *** ## Upgrading Your Plan * You can upgrade anytime through the [Pricing](https://exam-insights.com/pricing/) page or your [Account Settings](https://exam-insights.com/settings/). * The difference in price between your current plan and the new plan will apply. * Your upgraded plan will immediately unlock new features. *** ## Downgrading Your Plan * Downgrades are not available once a plan has been purchased. * If you wish to purchase a different plan next year, you can choose a new plan once your existing plan expires. *** ### Can I Cancel My Plan? * **For Individual Plans:** There is no cancellation required-your plan will automatically expire after 12 months. * **For School Licences:** Schools can contact [support@exam-insights.com](mailto:support@exam-insights.com) for assistance if required.
