# Deleting Your Account

> How to permanently delete your Exam Insights account.

  Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.&#x20;

If you wish to delete your Exam Insights account, please follow these steps:

    To request account deletion, please email our team at [support@exam-insights.com](mailto:support@exam-insights.com) from the email associated with your account.

    In your request, please provide:

    * Your registered email address

    * Confirmation that you understand deletion is permanent

    * All personal data will be removed from our system

    * You will lose access to any saved progress and resources

    * We will confirm once your account has been successfully deleted
