Exam Insights is free for individual students and educators. A School Licence builds on our free plan with an additional suite of features and tools.

For schools, our annual licences make adoption easier and outcomes stronger. With a School Licence, every student is onboarded seamlessly, educators save time, and leaders can be confident no one is left behind.

## Purchasing a School Licence

    * **Single Subject Licence** - Full access to one selected subject throughout the academic year.
    * **All Subjects Licence** - Full access to all available subjects throughout the academic year.

    * **1 licence = 1 student** (per academic year)
    * **Minimum purchase:** 10 licences
    * **Bulk discounts** apply automatically as you add more seats
    * **Educators included** at no extra cost with student licences (within reason)
    * **Note:** Educator licences can also be purchased separately

    * We can arrange a quick call or complete everything over email
    * We’re happy to cover compliance, data protection, or payment questions
    * Invoices are issued for all school purchases and can be paid by credit card or bank transfer.
    * Formal quotes are also available to support purchase orders.
    * During purchase, your school chooses how setup will be handled — see below.

## Setting Up Your School

During purchase, your school chooses one of two setup models:

    Send us a spreadsheet. We import users, grant licences, and handle later changes by email.

Both models share the same user experience — existing accounts are recognised, users choose their own subjects, and your school decides when to communicate access.
